These terms apply to your use of the Meliora Tech website at meliora-tech.com, including joining the Drift waitlist and contacting us (together, the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
01Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02About our services
Meliora Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 12 698 293 659) is an Australian company based in Melbourne. This Site provides information about Meliora and our products and lets you join the waitlist for Drift, our sleep app, which is currently in private beta. The Site is informational — it is not the Drift app itself, and access to Drift is offered separately and subject to its own terms.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
04Waitlist and private beta
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Drift. It does not guarantee access, a place by any particular date, or that Drift will be released with any particular features — or at all. We may invite people from the waitlist in stages and may change or discontinue the beta at any time.
05Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
- submit false information or impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or interfere with the Site or its security;
- use automated means to scrape, overload or misuse the Site; or
- infringe our rights or the rights of others.
06Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos and the Meliora and Drift names and branding — are owned by or licensed to Meliora Tech Pty Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our permission.
07Health disclaimer
Information provided through the Site or Drift is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition, including sleep disorders. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read or been shown by our products.
08AI-assisted features
Some features of Drift — including the Somna sleep coach — are powered by artificial intelligence (Claude, provided by Anthropic). AI-generated responses are intended to be helpful and informational, but they may not always be accurate or complete and are not professional, medical or clinical advice. You are responsible for how you use any suggestions provided.
09Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party providers (such as our hosting and form provider) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
10Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
